Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Giveaways can have additional age and country restrictions. Provide accurate information, maintain one account, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Coins, energy, tickets, and rewards
In-app coins, energy, tickets, entries, and similar balances are limited, revocable features of Novi Rewards. They are not money, stored value, or cryptocurrency; have no cash value; and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the options expressly offered in the app.
Rewards may depend on successful verification by an advertising or task provider. We may correct balances affected by technical error, reversal, fraud, duplicate credit, or policy violation.
Acceptable use
- Do not use bots, emulators intended to manipulate rewards, automated clicking, altered clients, false proofs, or multiple accounts.
- Do not interfere with security, scrape private data, impersonate others, or exploit defects.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
We may investigate, remove invalid activity, restrict participation, suspend an account, or disqualify entries when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Giveaways
Participation is also governed by the Giveaway Rules and the specific eligibility, timing, entry, claim, and delivery details shown on the relevant giveaway screen. A direct-purchase option, when shown, is separate from random winner selection.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep records accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Novi Rewards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, termination, and contact
