Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and internal user identifier.
• Reward activity: coin and energy balances, ad-reward events, tasks, purchases, giveaway entries, wins, referrals, streaks, and achievements.
• Giveaway and fulfillment information: eligibility activity, winner records, prize claims, and messages needed to deliver a prize.
• Device and service information: notification token, app diagnostics, security events, and limited device data provided by Firebase or Google Mobile Ads.
• Content you send: giveaway comments, task proofs, support tickets, and other messages.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, record balances and entries, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, provide support, send requested notifications, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our rules, and maintain service security and reliability.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising and infrastructure providers may process limited data under their own policies to provide ads, authentication, hosting, notifications, analytics, and security.

Service providers

Novi Rewards uses Google services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Mobile Ads. Their processing is governed by applicable Google terms and privacy documentation.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal duties. When an account is deleted, associated profile and activity data is removed or anonymized. Limited giveaway audit, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be retained where necessary and permitted by law.

You can permanently delete your account in the app at Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, use our web deletion request.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification and applicable law. You can disable notifications in device settings and can choose not to participate in optional giveaways, comments, or tasks.

Children and international use

Novi Rewards is not directed to children under 13. Individual giveaways can require a higher minimum age and restrict eligible countries; those conditions appear on the giveaway screen. Do not participate if you do not meet them.
