Giveaway Rules
These general rules apply to chance-based Novi Rewards giveaways. The giveaway screen supplies the prize-specific conditions.

1. Sponsor and eligibility
The sponsor is Novi Rewards. You may enter only if your country appears in the giveaway’s eligible-country list, you meet its minimum age, and participation is lawful where you live. Employees, administrators, and anyone involved in operating a draw are not eligible for random selection.
2. Promotion details and entry
Each giveaway screen identifies the prize, end time, available entry methods, any coin or ticket requirement, minimum real-user entries, claim deadline, and expected delivery timing. Entries must be received while the giveaway is live. One person may not use multiple accounts.
Do not participate where prohibited. Entries obtained through bots, manipulation, false information, chargeback abuse, or other rule violations may be removed.
3. Winner selection and odds
After the displayed end time, the server randomly selects from eligible entries in that giveaway’s current round. VIP and subscription luck boosts may increase an entry’s relative weight, as shown in the app. Entries from earlier rounds or other giveaways cannot win.
If the listed minimum number of real-user entries has not been reached, that round closes without a winner. Its entries expire, and a new round starts at zero entries for the displayed duration—even if the same prize is offered again. A user must enter the new round separately.
4. Notification, claim, and delivery
The winner is notified in the app. The winner must claim and provide any reasonably necessary delivery or eligibility information within the number of days shown on the giveaway screen. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, or misses the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected where permitted.
Digital prizes are delivered through the app or the contact method stated for the promotion. The screen’s delivery estimate begins after verification. Delays caused by incomplete information, platform outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may extend that estimate.
5. Prizes, changes, and disputes
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash substitute unless Novi Rewards expressly offers one or local law requires it. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, a reasonably equivalent substitute may be provided. A giveaway may be paused, corrected, or cancelled when fraud, technical failure, or legal requirements prevent fair operation.
