Delete your Novi Rewards account
The fastest option is in the app: open Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete account. It verifies you through your signed-in session.

What deletion removes
Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, balances, entries, wins, ledger, notifications, reminders, comments, votes, task submissions, prize reservations, support tickets, and related user data. Completed giveaway records may retain an anonymized “Deleted user” result so the fairness and history of a completed draw can still be audited. Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling may be retained only as necessary.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unused coins, tickets, energy, entries, and unclaimed rewards are lost.
Request deletion without app access
Enter the email address used for Novi Rewards. We will record the request and contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Do not send passwords, codes, or prize secrets.
